Project: To write the story of The Creative Leadership Achieves Student Success (CLASS) Project. The CLASS project is an innovative venture positioned to change the educational landscape in Oregon. It is a pilot program currently in three Oregon school districts.

Process: The client wanted to capture the CLASS Project story for multiple purposes. To do this, CRSmith Consulting reviewed several documents and interviewed staff.

Results: The final document outlined the evolution of the project from conception to its current state.
